Microsoft Email Update – Action Required (March 4th, 2025)

As part of ongoing improvements, a Microsoft email update was applied last night. If you experience any issues accessing your email, please follow these steps:

  1. On Your Computer: Ensure you are using the New Outlook app to access your email. If you haven’t switched yet, you may need to update your Outlook application.
  2. On Your Phone: You will need to re-authenticate using the Microsoft Authenticator app to regain access.
  3. If These Steps Don’t Work: You may need to remove your email account from your phone and then re-add it to resolve the issue.
